New Home Sales Gaining Momentum

Spec's are selling at the Village of WestClay.  In the last eight weeks, over 10 sepcs at the Village have sold or went pending.  Because the Village offers such diverse products sale prices of these specs have ranged from $500,000 to nearly $1 million.  The market as a whole seems to be gaining momentum.  Check out the article "Housing Market Shows Improvement" in the IBJ Daily.
