New Home construction is still happening at The Village of WestClay, the area’s most successful Traditional Neighborhood Development. Today, Mayor James Brainard, Steve Lains, CEO of the Central Indiana Builders Association, Bruce Craig, Division President of Beazer Homes Indianapolis, George Sweet, President and CEO of Brenwick Development offically broke ground on a new five unit townhome in West Village of the Village of WestClay. Two of the five units have already been sold by Beazer.
The Urban Series Townhomes will be priced from $199,900 and feature views overlooking Ronald Reagan Green, a 2.5 acre neighborhood park. The 3 story 2,400 square foot homes will feature 2-3 bedroom options and 2.5 baths and a 2 car garage.
